THE COMPANY

Our family business was founded in 1979 in the sea of Syracuse, a land with ancient fishing and cooking traditions. ONDA BLU specialises in shellfish farming and follows all stages of product processing, from production to packaging for export and delivery for wholesale.

In addition, the company engages in retail marketing of mussels, crustaceans and fresh fish in various shops.

We have managed to gain notoriety over the years through the recognition of the high quality of seafood and fish of certified origin.

Our newest restaurant is located in Isola, a maritime neighbourhood of Syracuse that is also home to the nursery where zootechnical activities take place.

The ideal place to enjoy an incomparable view of the island of Ortigia and the volcano Etna. A magical place to dine while admiring the sunset or spend a romantic evening.
